Access


Access Policy
As part of the office park, it’s important to remember that you play a vital role in keeping our workplace safe and secure. We have numerous physical security systems such as card access, cameras, and security staff; however, much of our success is dependent upon commitment to procedures that support these measures.

Authorized individuals are issued identification credentials and are responsible for ensuring that these credentials are used in accordance with our policies at all times. For example, while it may be courteous to hold doors open for other individuals, it could also compromise the safety and security of the campus by allowing an unauthorized individual or visitor to access our secured facilities. Further, in the event of an emergency or natural disaster, it’s imperative that we are able to account for everyone in a particular area. 

All credential holders are expected to: 

  • Keep badges visible at all times
  • Swipe badges every time when entering a building
  • Swipe badges to enter the gates, if applicable to your facility
  • Refrain from allowing others to “tailgate” into a building
  • Report suspicious behavior or activity to Security immediately

The following are violations of our Access Control policy:

  • Allowing another individual to use your badge
  • Swiping your badge to allow another individual to enter the building or premises (tailgating)
  • Using your badge to allow another vehicle onto Company property

Hours
Chico’s FAS Campus’ regular business hours are from 6:00am to 9:00pm.

Card Access
Tenants may utilize their issued credential to access the building on weekends and holidays.

Key and Lock Policy
To maintain the integrity of the building's security, keys and other locksmith services must be coordinated through the Property Management Office. All requests must be submitted via the Tenant Center by an authorized tenant representative.

Deliveries
Package deliveries must be made through the mailroom. Freight and larger deliveries must be made through the loading dock located at the receiving area of building 8.

Mail Service
All mail is delivered to the mailroom located in building 8 and then distributed twice daily. Tenant mail deliveries and pickup are made at 11:00am and 3:00pm. Please be sure to include your Company Name, Building and Suite number on your address to ensure your mail is not delayed.

Package Pickup
Daily FedEx and DHL package pickup at the mailroom is provided. The tenant must schedule UPS. UPS packages must arrive at the Mailroom before the initiated pickup.
